This story of a sad clown was originally penned by Shane Steer and Michael Girke way back in 1996. It was later adapted for their band Jigga and recorded for a demo in 1998 with Shane Steer on guitar/vocals, Michael Girke on lead vocals, Simon Stansborough on drums and Robert Sabatini on bass. Franco the clown he pick's up his shoes, his old ruck sack, trusty top hat.
Enrico the dwarf and the bearded lass say hurry back Franco Cravats.

Franco the clown drive's through pouring rain to Zandaverlain they're happy he came. He put's on a show for the lonely few, it pay's him well, but sometimes it's hell.

Franco was found by the crystal lake, he won't laugh again in Zandaverlain. His body was cold and the bottle dry we'll say goodbye to Franco Cravats.
