Originally heard on a demo in 2003/2004 by Shane's band Raging Wireless. This is a re-recorded, slightly re-arranged version. A song about psychotic issues and the medication surrounding those issues.
In the east end of town where people come down in the lone psychiatric ward. In strolls an untidy man full of despair in need of some treatment he says, I've been given these pills? and they're making me ill? I'm hearing voices in my head (hey you where are ya?- whispered). Do you know what they say? well they say I just don't know who I am.
Live by and die by the raw medication x2.
So a medic came down and says, What can the problem be? Didn't we see you just yesterday?
Well the man is question he step's back says something like, What the hell have you done to me?
I don't want to stand still, I think I need to tell you I got some strangers in my head (hey you where are ya?-whispered). Do you know what they say? well they say I just don't know who I am.
